Pricing · autonomy earned through trust

Don't pay for seats —
pay for work done.

Platform base + earned autonomy. A digital employee runs your business's daily operations — and you pay only for results that passed our verification. If it errs — verification fails, the action is blocked, we don't charge.

· cheaper than hiring· pricier than a CRM — which is why it works· you pay for correct work, not attempts
The model

What makes up the price.

Two layers. The base pays for the platform that runs your books. The autonomy layer bills only for verified work the digital employee did.

Layer 1 · alwayslive
Platform base

Multi-tenant OS: finance, CRM, warehouse, procurement, production, taxes and e-invoicing (KSeF/BY/EU). Your system of record. Priced by business size, never per seat.

Layer 2 · verified work onlymodel
Autonomy earned by trust

The digital employee starts by suggesting, moves to confirmed actions, then to autonomous work — only as its results keep passing verification. We bill for work that passed: a reconciliation posted, an order advanced overnight, a PO sent for approval, a period-close task done.

One timelive
The system sets itself up

The "we configured your business for you" moment: connect your data and the system assembles itself around your business shape. May be free at the start.

It's a fraction of a salary. Not another subscription.

Hire a person
8002 500/ mo
  • Part-time ops person / bookkeeper
  • Works 8 hours, 5 days
  • Gets sick, takes vacations, quits
  • Makes mistakes — and you find out later
One digital employee ≈ a fraction of that salary
from €120/ mo + per result
  • Runs an entire operations domain
  • Works 24/7, no days off
  • Verifies its own work before it hits the books
  • If it errs — verification fails, you don't pay, and you see it

Realistic range for a 5–50-person wholesaler: platform €150–600/mo + autonomy layer — totals in the low-to-mid hundreds of €, up to ~€1–2k for a busy distributor. Cheap against a hire, premium against a CRM.

Why this works

Three reasons a digital employee is worth the money.

«Works for you»
A digital employee runs the daily work

Not a hint next to your books — a digital employee inside them. It reconciles payments, advances orders, prepares purchasing and period close. You confirm decisions instead of typing data.

→ sales, procurement, warehouse, finance, taxes
«Adapts to you»
The system assembles itself

Connect your data — the system assembles itself around your business shape (wholesale, production, multi-entity). No implementation project, no consultant for every start.

→ launch in minutes, not months
«Proves itself»
Trust backed by numbers

Every action is bounded by rules, verified by outcome and written to the journal. You see: how many € posted, what % ran on auto, and how many wrong postings there were (target — zero).

→ € posted · % auto · 0 wrong postings

Result bundles

"Up to N verified results/mo included, then metered" — predictable invoice, outcome economics underneath. Only work that passed outcome verification counts.

Honestly: the platform subscription is live. Result metering is still a model — it will connect to verified-result data in a later wave. The numbers above are our model, not your current bill.

FAQ

Frequent questions.

Why not per-seat?

Because Binta's promise is "you need fewer people". If we charged per seat, every successful autonomous action of the digital employee would shrink our own revenue — a contradiction. We charge for the platform (by business size) and for verified-correct work. We earn more only when the digital employee does the work right.

What does "pay for work done" mean?

Every action of the digital employee has an outcome check. A reconciliation posted and matched, an order advanced, a PO sent and delivered, a period-close task done — these are the units we bill. An action that fails verification is blocked/flagged, never hits the books — and is never billed.

What if the digital employee makes a mistake?

A result that failed verification is not "a mistake you pay for". The action isn't posted, gets flagged, and you don't pay for it. You set the autonomy ceiling, everything is rule-bounded and journaled, rollback is one click. On Growth and Enterprise, rules limit what the digital employee can do at all: money ceilings, allowed-supplier lists.

Is this pricier than a $40 CRM?

Yes — and the comparison is wrong. A CRM stores data; a digital employee does the daily work of a person you can't afford to hire. The right anchor is an ops/bookkeeper salary (€800–2500/mo), and the digital employee is a fraction of that rate, around the clock, self-verifying.

Is outcome billing live already?

The platform subscription and setup — yes, both work and are billed today. Outcome billing is still only a model: we show honestly how it works and what each bundle contains, but we do not invoice per result yet. That arrives in a later wave, once it connects to verified-result data. Until then you pay a predictable fixed amount.

Can I try without a card?

Yes. The free 30-day trial is the demo: connect your data, the digital employee assembles itself and overnight sorts your bank statement and prepares the morning brief on your numbers. It starts suggest-only — recommends, touches nothing, until it earns trust.

Where is the data stored?

EU, Frankfurt. Today it's the only storage region — and we say so plainly instead of listing countries we don't have. Residency policy already enforces at the boundary: a tenant we can't lawfully serve from the EU gets a refusal, not a silent write in a foreign jurisdiction. Other regions or on-prem — individually, by contract. DPA and GDPR — yes.
